Such an inspiration seeing & hearing all the fabulous stories of people helping total strangers & others in need as the water slowly subsides in QLD. I have to say I am so proud to be a Queenslander - the QLD spirit is alive & well & has never been stronger than what it is right now.. My thoughts are with everyone touched by the 2011 floods.
I am feeling incredibly grateful that we escaped having water in the house by 3 inches. My little boys & I are safe & sound. Can't imagine how hard it is for all those who have lost loved ones, homes & memories...
